Adina Hill

VP of Therapy Services – Texas

Adina is Vice President of Therapy Services at Eduro. She graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with honors in Communication Sciences and Disorders for both undergraduate and graduate school. Adina is a Speech Language Pathologist by background with experience in a variety of settings including SNF, LTACH, outpatient, and home health care. She has always had a passion for working with the geriatric population and is committed to changing the narrative around wellness and ageing.

Adina resides in Texas with her husband and three children. She’s always on the go at some sporting practice or event. Adina is an avid reader, enjoys being in nature, and stays active in the gym.

Amanda Schmidt, MSW, LCSW, LNHA

Director of Medicaid Reimbursement – Montana

Amanda is the Director of Medicaid Reimbursement – Montana at Eduro Healthcare. Amanda graduated with her Undergraduate Degree from the University of Providence in Great Falls, MT in Criminal Justice with an Associate focus in Psychology and with her Master’s Degree in Social Work through Edinboro University in Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining our team, Amanda worked in home and community-based services and skilled nursing settings in social work case management, medical social services and Executive Directorship for operational management. Amanda has a passion and dedication in working with our geriatric and disabled populations and has directed her focus towards overall quality systemic and operational development and sustainment.

When she is not working, you can find her in MT spending time with her husband, son, and family and enjoying the outdoors and other fitness activities.

Amber Brentham

Regional Director of Marketing

Amber is the Regional Director of Business Development at Eduro. She plays a key role in driving growth and enhancing marketing and admission efforts throughout Texas. Her expertise in business development, combined with her strong leadership skills, enables her to build and nurture relationships that are essential for the success of Eduro.  
 
Amber resides in Texas with her husband, three children and 2 fur babies. She enjoys spending her free time cheering on her children at softball and baseball games. Her dedication to both her professional and personal life reflects in her commitment to fostering growth and connection in all areas.  

Ana Alpaca

Finance Specialist

Ana Alpaca is a finance professional with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Peru and a Master’s Degree in Finance from the University of Utah. She lives with her husband and two dogs, balancing her career with her love for outdoor adventures.

In her free time, Ana enjoys jeeping with her family and pets, as well as baking a variety of delicious treats. Her passion for both finance and family is a central part of her life.

Andrew Carey

VP of Asset Management

Andrew Carey is the Vice President of Asset Management at Eduro Healthcare, where he leads maintenance operations and capital projects across Eduro’s facilities.

Before joining Eduro, Andrew held various engineering roles at Rio Tinto Kennecott, focusing on strategic planning, asset management, technical services, and operations.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Utah. Outside of work,

Andrew enjoys hands-on projects as a skilled carpenter and welder.

He lives in Utah with his wife and son, and together they enjoy camping, skiing, mountain biking, and kitesurfing.

Brenna Anderson, LNHA, HSE

Area President – Montana

Brenna is the President of Montana Operations at Eduro. Prior to joining our team, Brenna worked in multiple positions in healthcare, including admissions, social work, and administration. She graduated from Montana Tech with a BA in Liberal Studies and a minor in Communications. She loves working with the senior population and mentoring incoming Administrators.

Brenna resides with her spouse in Montana. You can often find her in the mountains enjoying nature, spending time with her grandson Noah or working agility with her 3 dogs.

Brett Johnson, SPHR

HR Director

Brett lives in Kaysville with his wife and four kids. They enjoy spending time outdoors going boating, camping, or snow skiing. Brett loves to go on cruises with his family and hanging out on the beach.

Brett is passionate about leadership development, employee engagement, and talent management. He is excited to be a part of the Eduro family and contribute to the growth.

Brittani Hansen

AP Manager

Brittani is the AP Manager at Eduro. With over 15 years of experience in Accounts Payable, she has built a successful career and feels fortunate to continue growing professionally with Eduro. She is a graduate of the University of Utah with a degree in Sociology and Criminology with goals of going back to achieve an accounting degree.

Outside of work, Brittani is a dedicated mom to two children, Ford and Emree. In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Utah Jazz, watching football, camping, fishing, and traveling, especially to her favorite destination, Cabo San Lucas.

Brooke Fleischauer, OT, MBA

Brooke Fleischauer is an experienced healthcare leader from South Florida with a strong background in occupational therapy and management due to her extensive experience in both hands-on therapy and leadership roles.

She has over five years of experience as a Director of Rehabilitation across ILF, ALF, SNF, Memory Care facilities, and LTACHs. During this time, she has built a proven track record of driving success in therapeutic services and optimizing operational efficiency.

Brooke’s MBA further enhances her ability to manage and improve processes, ensuring that both patient care and team performance meet the highest standards.

Christine was born in Boston Massachusetts. She spent a lot of her childhood and teen years in and around Skilled Nursing. She started working in a skilled nursing facility as a sitter when she was 17 and then received her CNA license at the age of 18. She received a degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology in 2013. Her degree took her on many fun and crazy adventures, but she landed back in skilled nursing and has been working in AR since 2018.

Christine lives in Idaho where she is a wife and a mother to 4 children. She enjoys attending concerts, driving big trucks, dancing, good food, anything outdoors in the heat, laughing, music, Michigan and Boston sports, boating, camping, fishing, working on cars with her husband, and photography. “”If you are up for a good laugh come sit next to me!””

Christy is a Senior Accountant at Eduro. She has spent almost 20 years in healthcare finance. Christy graduated from Texas Christian University with a BS in Business Administration.

She lives in Texas with her husband of 22 years and teenage son; but has enjoyed traveling to places outside the continental US. When she has a free moment, Christy enjoys finding cooking hacks that keep her out of the kitchen and watching more sports.

Deanna is an experienced Accounts Receivable Resource at Eduro Healthcare, where she has dedicated seven years to ensuring financial accuracy and fostering strong relationships with the people she mentors. Known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Deanna plays a crucial role in the organization’s financial operations.

Outside of work, Deanna values time spent with family, cherishing every moment together. A movie enthusiast, she enjoys exploring different genres and sharing recommendations with loved ones. Balancing a fulfilling career with a rich personal life, Deanna exemplifies dedication both professionally and at home.

Denia Allen RN RAC-CT

VP of Clinical Reimbursement – Texas

Denia is the VP of Clinical Reimbursement for Texas. Prior to joining our team, Denia has worked in LTC for over 30 years in multiple roles including Regional MDS Resource, DON and Home Health Case Manager. She has dedicated her nursing career to working with seniors.

Denia resides in Texas with her husband. She enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, great grandchildren, restoring antique furniture, and camping/hiking.

Erika Yates

Erika has a reputation of being a go getter who has always been well respected by her coworkers due to her efficiency, empathy, and fairness. 
 
Erika lives in Texas with her husband and youngest son. When not working for Eduro, Erika is probably working on a home project or checking in on her oldest son who recently got off active duty and is starting his own career states away. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring outdoors.  

Hannah Hunter

Graphic Designer

Hannah is the Graphic Designer for Eduro corporate and facilities. Hannah comes to us with more than 10 years of Graphic Design experience. Skilled in translating ideas and concepts into effective visual communication. She is well balanced in both the technical and creative sides to her position and has a passion for typography and color theory!

In her free time you will find Hannah either painting/drawing or creating in her home art studio or playing video games. She has 2 cats and a dog with her husband in their Salt Lake City home.

Hannah Rayner

Executive Assistant

Hannah has built a dynamic career through roles as an executive personal assistant and house manager, assistant office manager, and social media manager. She’s known for her ability to anticipate needs, organize complex schedules, and foster efficient, welcoming work environments. Eager to explore more corporate responsibilities, Hannah also looks forward to tapping into her passion for event planning in this new phase of her career.

A Utah native, Hannah grew up immersed in music and dance, attending the Madeleine Choir School and the Salt Lake School for the Performing Arts. After living in Italy, Hawaii, and Dallas, she’s happy to be back home, surrounded by nature and her tight-knit family. In her free time, you’ll often find her singing, dancing, and taking every chance she can to play and cuddle with her Cavapoo, Millie.

Heidi Williams, LNHA, RN, RAC-CT, WCC

Chief Nursing Officer

Heidi Williams, LNHA, RN, RAC-CT, WCC has worked in various leadership roles for Eduro and most recently promoted to Chief Nursing Officer. She started with Eduro in the Spring of 2018 as Director of Clinical Reimbursement then eventually moved into a strictly clinical role.

Heidi has over 30 years’ experience in a variety of roles in healthcare, her passion is in the field of geriatrics, and truly loves being able to interact with the residents in the facilities.

Heidi resides in Salt Lake City, she loves to travel with husband and makes it a priority in her personal life, along with spending time with her French bulldog “Benny Hill”.

Jeff Gertsch

VP of Operations

Jeff Gertsch is the Vice President of Operations at Eduro Healthcare where he oversees the operations of Eduro’s facilities. Prior to his current role, Jeff was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with Eduro and managed Bethany Nursing and Rehab Center in Lakewood, CO.  
In addition to his long term care experience, Jeff has worked in multiple acute care settings. He held operational roles at Valley Hospital in Spokane, WA and Seattle Cancer Care Alliance in Seattle, WA.  

Jeff graduated from Brigham Young University with a BS in Exercise Science, and holds a Master’s Degree in Healthcare Policy and Administration from Washington State University. 

Jeff resides in Utah with his wife and five children. He is always up for a round of golf or a wake surf session. 

Jen Wintle, PT, DPT, RAC-CT

VP of Therapy Services – Legacy

Jen is the VP of Therapy over all our facilities outside of Texas. She has been with Eduro for just over 4 years, but prior to that she worked with a larger SNF company and has been working with geriatrics for most of her 20-year career. She graduated from Oregon State University (Go Beavs!!) with her BS in Exercise Sport Science and minor in psychology and went onto Pacific University to obtain her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. Jen is passionate about doing whatever therapy can address to enrich the lives of our seniors. As a PT she specializes in Vestibular Rehab and Dementia Care.

Jen lives in Denver, Colorado with her husband, two daughters, and two pups. She enjoys pretty much anything outside and takes full advantage of what Colorado has to offer. You can often find Jen out running, mountain biking, playing soccer, schlepping her kids around, or out skiing, camping, and hiking with her family.

Jennifer Walton, MLS, PHR

Regional HR Manager

Jennifer Walton is an HR Resource at Eduro Healthcare with 15 years of experience helping both employers and employees navigate the complex world of human relationships in the workplace. Specializing in Employment Law, Jennifer has a Master of Legal Studies with a focus on employment law from Texas A&M University.

Jennifer was a competitive figure skater with the United States Figure Skating Association (USFSA) for 10 years, before finishing her skating career with the International Skating Institute in 2011.

These days, she enjoys family time and gardening at her home in North Texas.

Jim Marsh

Chief Financial Officer

Jim has served as CFO of Eduro since 2018 and brings over 20 years of progressive finance and accounting experience in a variety of industries. He began his career at KPMG and later served as chief financial officer and chief strategy officer at two billion-dollar, direct-selling companies. Jim is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and ensuring that the company’s finances and strategy are aligned. He received an MBA from the Wharton School and bachelors and masters degrees in accounting from BYU. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner.

Jim resides in Utah with his wife and four children. He loves traveling with his family and watching his kids compete in tennis, cheer, and mountain biking.

Kaybi Zesiger

Senior Accountant

Kaybi graduated from the University of Utah where she earned a BS in accounting and a MAcc, she has also earned her CMA.

Kaybi resides in Utah with her husband, two kids, and two dogs. Outside of work Kaybi enjoys spending time with her family.  Together they enjoy exploring the mountains or relaxing on a beach. 

Lilia Camacho

Benefits Administrator

Lilia is the Benefits Administrator at Eduro. In various industries, Lilia has worked in customer service, pre-planning, sales, and employee benefits account management. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Psychology and is pursuing her MBA. She is passionate about helping and advocating for her community and her role at Eduro. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and experiencing fun local cultural events.

Lilia resides in Texas with her family. She enjoys catching up with a “”pan dulce”” and a cup of coffee.

Lisa Kissell, MPT

Director of Compliance

Lisa has been with Eduro since 2011, taking a brief hiatus for a couple years, and returning in 2023 as the Director of Compliance. Prior to her role in Compliance, she served as the President for Valeo Home Health and Hospice, Eduro’s home health and hospice component.

With a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Lisa is passionate about the health and wellness of the senior population and enjoying life at each stage along the way.

Transitioning from home health and hospice has taught Lisa a greater appreciation for those who work in the skilled nursing realm of healthcare.

Outside of work, Lisa loves anything outdoors especially when experiencing it through travel. Whether it be climbing the W trek in Patagonia, biking the Camino along the Portuguese coast, or just taking her dog for a run in Park City, any day spent in the outdoors is a great day.

Luanne Rainey

AP Specialist

Luanne Rainey is an AP Specialist based in Utah, with a love for trying new restaurants and traveling. She earned her degree in Exercise Science from Weber State University and has a passion for Pilates, barre, and scenic bike rides.

In her free time, Luanne enjoys girls’ nights with friends, reading self-help books (and sometimes following the advice), and dreaming up big life changes—including what she’ll do when she’s president. Above all, Luanne proudly lives life as the main character in her own story.

Mallory Williams, RN

Regional MDS

Mallory is a MDS resource in Texas. She spent many years in long term care learning various roles before discovering her passion with the intricacies of the resident assessment process.

Mallory lives in central Texas with her husband and has two sons. If she isn’t spending time with her family she has a book in her hand. Mallory also loves a good theme park and if she could she’d be at one every weekend.

McCall Tingey

Financial Analyst

McCall is a Financial Analyst at Eduro. She earned her BS in Psychology and Biology from Southern Utah University and continued at SUU to earn her MBA in Finance. Her experience prior to joining Eduro includes working as a tax and retirement specialist and a pricing/FP&A analyst.

McCall lives in Utah with her husband and two dogs. She spends most of her time walking and grooming her dogs, doing yoga with her husband, playing golf, and watching reality TV.

Melissa Kunzie

Regional MDS

Melissa Is the MDS Resource at Eduro. Prior to Joining our team, Melissa worked in the Hospital for 26 years ER, Day Surgery, Cath lab, and GI lab as a unit coordinator.

Her true passion is geriatrics. She started working in the nursing home as a floor nurse and moved to med records then MDS.

Melissa graduated from Front range community college. She Loves The outdoors lake boating, hiking, camping, Fishing, and Hunting with her husband.

Melissa resides in Colorado with her husband’s empty nesters. They have four young adult children and 6 grandchildren ranging from 6 years to 3 months. You can find Melissa spending time with her grandchildren enjoying Colorado outdoors.

Michael Bewsey

Founder/Managing Director

Michael founded Eduro Healthcare in 2008 after spending several years working as healthcare administrator in California. Since its inception, Eduro has grown to over 40 facilities in 9 states and created several other ancillary lines of business. Michael currently serves as the company’s Managing Director and supports a large operational team that oversees the day to day business demands of each facility. He also focuses on related healthcare investments and opportunities.

Michael resides in Salt Lake City with his wife and four kids. He loves baseball and coaches his son’s team and also works as an assistant coach on the varsity team at the local High School. Outside of baseball, his passions include traveling with his family, fly fishing, and surfing in his native California.

Michele Brand, RN BSN RAC-CTA

VP of Clinical Reimbursement – Legacy

Michele has worked in various fields as an RN in the healthcare field. She graduated from Weber State University with her bachelor’s in nursing. She has worked in acute care, home health, hospice, and assisted living throughout her career. Her nursing experience/management experience guided her to working various positions within skilled nursing facilities. She took a position as an MDS nurse and never looked back. She loves the challenges it presents daily and the constant evolving changes within the skilled nursing community.

Michele resides in Utah with her husband and has three grown daughters and 2 dogs. She loves to travel, and has had a lot of adventures around the world, but she has a bucket list still to be explored. When not out exploring the world she is at home building a new Lego set or looking for the next one to build.

Mindy Schow

Payroll Specialist

Mindy brings over 25 years of payroll experience to Eduro. She began her journey with the U.S. Forest Service, entering timecards for field employees, and later expanded her expertise at several large PEOs and a small ASO, where she spent 20 years. Her experience spans a variety of industries, with a focus on small construction contractors.

Inspired by a fortune cookie that read “Discover the strength within yourself,” and shaped by her personal journey navigating long-term care for her mother, Mindy found a natural fit at Eduro—an organization rooted in care and compassion.

Outside of work, Mindy enjoys reading, collecting plants, and spending time with her husband, three daughters, and their dog—who never says no to a walk.

Natalie McNeil

HR & Benefits Administration Specialist

With over 15 years of experience in HR and benefits administration, Natalie is passionate about helping individuals understand and make the most of their employee benefits. Whether she’s explaining health plans or guiding employees to the right resources, Natalie thrives on making complex information clear and empowering others.

A proud Utah native, Natalie loves exploring the state’s stunning landscapes—from glamping under the stars to hunting for Sasquatch or simply enjoying a beautiful sunset. Outside of work, she spends quality time with her adult children and dotes on her beloved (and bossy) English bulldog, Moop.

Natalie brings grounded professionalism and a sense of fun to every part of her work—fueled by a love of adventure and just the right dose of conspiracy theories.

Patty Adame

Regional Human Resources Manager

Patty Adame is an HR Resource at EDURO Healthcare with over 15 years’ experience in the Human Resources role across various industries. The last 8 years specializing in the Skilled Nursing Facility Industry, bringing expertise in employee training, engagement and communication. Patty holds a bachelor’s degree in communications with a focus on Computer Technology and an associate’s degree in business administration. She also supports Eduro Healthcare’s acquisition team in integrating new facilities, a role she finds rewarding and impactful. Patty’s favorite part of her job is mentoring others on the human resources aspects of the organization.

Based in North Padre Island, Patty enjoys the coastal lifestyle, spending her free time at the beach, fishing with family and friends. She also loves cooking, traveling, gardening, watching sports and hosting family dinners. 

Rachel Winder

Finance Specialist

Rachel is a Finance Specialist at Eduro. Before joining Eduro in 2023, she worked in finance and administration in home health and hospice. She strives to provide support and solutions to our healthcare teams who provide excellent care.

Outside of work, Rachel is a proud mother of two energetic boys. You can find her at a soccer field most nights of the week watching her boys play. She enjoys being in the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Randy Cheeks

Director of Operations

Randy Cheeks is the Director of Operations for the Houston Area with over 25 years of experience in the Long Term Care industry. He holds a BBA with emphasis in Long Term Care from Southwestern Adventist University.

Randy is passionate about leadership development and takes great joy in mentoring staff members to become better leaders. He also cherishes the personal stories shared by residents, finding inspiration and fulfillment in their experiences.

Randy lives in Texas with his Wife and two children . He loves everything outdoors and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Rita Sundberg

Vice President of Clinical Operations

Rita is a dedicated healthcare leader with a wealth of experience in clinical operations and a deep passion for improving patient care and organizational performance. With a career spanning over 22 years, Rita has established herself as a transformative leader in the healthcare industry, overseeing complex clinical operations and guiding teams toward excellence.

As the Vice President of Clinical Operations, Rita is responsible for shaping the strategy, policies, and operational excellence of clinical services within the organization.

Outside of her professional achievements, Rita values time spent with family and her 2 adorable dogs. In her free time, Rita enjoys spending quality moments with loved ones, whether it’s taking family vacations, enjoying outdoor activities, or simply relaxing at home. This strong family foundation is central to her personal and professional life, providing the support and motivation needed to excel in her demanding role.

Robert Tanner

VP of Brand & Culture

Robert is the VP of Brand & Culture at Eduro. Prior to joining our team, Robert worked in sales and marketing in various industries, including home health, hospice, assisted living, and hospital settings. He graduated from BYU with a BS in Public Health, with emphases on health promotion and gerontology. He loves working with seniors, and has made his videography hobby a favorite part of his job.

Robert resides in Utah with his wife and four children. You can often find him training for a triathlon or spending time with his family. He’s always up for something active, and will take you on ping-pong.

Sam Bechthold

Chief Investment Officer

Sam Bechthold is the Chief Investment Officer at Eduro Healthcare, where he drives the strategic expansion of the company’s skilled nursing facilities and ancillary services companies. Since joining Eduro in 2014, he has been pivotal in transforming the portfolio from just two facilities to an impressive 41, with numerous new projects in the pipeline. Prior to Eduro, Sam was as a portfolio manager at Welltower (NYSE: WELL) in Toledo, OH, where he managed a diverse portfolio of skilled nursing and senior housing assets valued at over $1 billion.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication from the University of Utah. 

Sam Ellison

AP Specialist

The coolest thing about me? My dog, Lucy. I love taking her on walks and planning adventures where we can explore together.

In addition to my work with Eduro, I’m a licensed nail technician and professional photographer. Outside of work, I enjoy snowboarding, golf, paddle boarding, and country music—and I wholeheartedly believe in the power of retail therapy.

Sandra Cokenour, RN

Regional Nurse Consultant

Sandra is a remarkable Regional Director of Clinical Operations for Eduro. She exemplifies dedication and compassion in her role. She began her journey in healthcare by obtaining her LVN, and completing her RN directly after. After working in corrections and as a long-term care nurse,  Sandra started her career in leadership. as a Director of Nursing. Sandra’s expertise in Point Click Care is particularly crucial for the organization, ensuring that the team operates efficiently and effectively.  Since her initial role as Director of Nurses at one of Eduro’s facilities, she has consistently demonstrated fearless leadership.

  Outside of work, Sandra cherishes her time with her son, Caden. She has enjoys baking, cooking, and watching sports. Her dedication to both her profession and family truly make her a role model in the healthcare community.

Sara Bohling

Regional Nurse Consultant

Sara has dedicated the majority of her nursing career to leadership and management. She attended nursing school at Presentation College in Aberdeen, where she developed a deep passion for healthcare and serving others.

She spent 15 years at Prairie Heights, where she progressed from a staff nurse to Assistant Director of Nursing to Director of Nursing, gaining invaluable experiences in staff management, leadership and resident advocacy. She transitioned into her current position, as a Regional Nurse Consultant where she has been for the past two years, covering South Dakota, North Dakota and New Mexico.

Beyond her professional life, Sara resides in Aberdeen, SD, with her husband and two children. She takes any opportunity to be outside, practice yoga, love any and all animals, accept a good challenge, travel or indulge in a good book.

Scottie Sanders, RN

Regional Nurse Consultant

Scottie is Director of Clinical Operations at Eduro Healthcare. Graduating from Tarrant County College in Fort Worth Texas with his Nursing degree, Scottie has a passion for the wellbeing of elderly and those who care for them. With over 40 years in the nursing industry, including hospice and leadership in long-term care facilities, he was at the same location in Cleburne, Texas for over 17 years. Scottie currently oversees 7 long term care facilities in his current leadership role.

Scottie lives with his husband in Godley, Texas. When he is not spending time with family and friends, he enjoys country western dancing and riding one of his five horses. He is a 5-time national champion and current member with the National Association of horse-riding clubs, where he takes on leadership roles to help teach horsemanship to future generations.

Shane Hertgen

Director of Recruiting

Shane Hertgen is our Director of Recruiting. Prior to joining our team, Shane oversaw recruiting for the Western region of Summit Materials (SUM: NYSE) for three years. A primary focus of his has been increasing full time staff and decreasing external agency hires.

Shane resides in Utah with his wife and two dogs. He is an avid golfer and will put money on a game against you, anytime, anywhere (but preferably 72º sunny with no wind). 

Shannon Esper

Regional Therapy Resource

Shannon is the Regional Therapy Resource for Montana, the Dakotas, New Mexico, and Utah. Shannon has been an Occupational Therapist since 1998, graduating from the University of Texas with a BS in Occupational Therapy. Prior to taking the role of Regional Therapy Resource, she was a Director of Rehabilitation for five years (3 of which with Eduro).  The majority of Shannon’s career has been in Geriatric/Skilled Nursing care. Her passion is for the geriatric population and supporting Therapy teams to ensure seniors receive the care they need and deserve.

Shannon resides in Parker, Colorado with her husband, two daughters, and one crazy rescue puppy! She is a photography enthusiast and loves to capture high school Seniors, family portraits, and dance photography. Her favorite time of year is Nutcracker season for ballet where she photographs the production yearly for her daughters’ dance company!

Theron Whetstone

Director of Treasury

Theron is the Director of Treasury at Eduro Healthcare. He has been on Eduro’s team for over a decade in various financial roles. He graduated from University of Utah with a BS in Accounting and obtained his CTP to help in his current treasury role. He enjoys working on a team that supports healthcare professionals.

He loves camping with his wife and four children. Spending time outdoors or playing games with his family are his favorite past times.  

Veronica Estrada

COTA/Therapy Administrative Assistant

Veronica is the Therapy Administrative Assistant and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant at Eduro Healthcare. Veronica has 19 years of experience as a COTA with 12 of those as a Director of Rehabilitation. She has worked in home heath, pediatrics and skilled nursing facilities, with the geriatric population being her favorite setting of practice.

Veronica is a born and raised Texan from a small Texas town. Outside of work she enjoys traveling, any sporting events (especially football), fishing, a good country concert and spending time with her family.

Wendy Duton, RN

Regional MDS

Wendy is the MDS Resource for the San Antonio area. Prior to joining our team, Wendy has worked in LTC as a MDS coordinator and DON. She graduated from WBU and Covenant School of Nursing. She loves working in LTC with seniors and making a difference in their lives.

Wendy resides in Texas with her husband. She has four children and 2 grandchildren. Wendy enjoys spending time with her family, going fishing and camping. She also loves playing on a billiards league and has played in the World Pool Championships.

Xanni Lewis

Acquisition Manager

Xanni joined Eduro in 2019 and has been part of the Acquisitions team since January 2022. A graduate of Utah Valley University with a degree in Human Resource Management, she quickly discovered her passion for acquisitions—helping the company grow and embrace new opportunities.

Based in the Salt Lake Valley, Xanni makes the most of her free time. Whether she’s at the gym, traveling, skiing on a perfect powder day, or golfing, she’s always up for an adventure. Most of all, she enjoys quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
